| The 2009 Middle American Existence Expo was devised as a return to the classic world’s fair model of the 18th and 19th centuries. The masses gather, mankind displays the best of what he has to offer, and our kind’s continued existence is justified for another decade or so. Our plans unfortunately had to be tweaked when it became apparent to all involved that we were about thirty-five years too late. In light of the news that our race’s days on this Earth are numbered, we thought we may as well throw something together with what we had lying around. Come one come all, and gaze in wonderment at what passes for quality nowadays. |
